Senior level software developer with 13 years of Lawson experience with concentration in the ProcessFlow tools (ProcessFlow Integrator and Infor Process Automation), Design Studio and ESS/MSS.
Work closely with HR/PR Business owners to determine requirements for enhancements and bug fixes, analyzed needs and processes, propose alternative solutions to improve efficiency. Accustomed to working with customized modules and providing technically complex ProcessFlows (HR/PR and interfaces) and Design Studio forms (HR/PR), while working in a high volume production environment (10,000-14,000 workunits initiated daily).

I have been selected on multiple occassions to present customer case studies and training sessions at Inforum (2012 & 2013) and at the Tennessee LUG, the latest being a session on converting ProcessFlow Integrator to Infor Process Automation at Inforum 2013.
