Lead the technical and functional teams for ARMC through a successful implementation of Lawson S3 for Payroll, General Financials, and Materials Management as well as LTM for Human Resources. Lead and completed the conversion of 3600 employees and complex benefit plans. Provided technical assistance for LTM to S3 interface. Coordinated all system testing, including test payrolls with a parallel implementation of Kronos. Completed all custom programming for integration with Kronos. Completed custom programming for positive pay bank interfaces, payroll deduction interfaces (cafeteria, pharmacy, etc), custom reports, and custom utilities to correct data as needed.

• Integration and interface expert for Lawson ERP system designed and developed over 100 interfaces in Lawson with multiple vendors (70+ still actively running).
• Provided many process improvements through custom programming and automation with FTP scripts, reducing manual efforts and possibility of error these improvements greatly helped sustain FTE levels throughout the departments.
• Worked closely with the user community through weekly meetings to determine their IT needs and then helped them prioritize and plan.
• Created and documented team standards including programming and design, change control, and maintenance procedures transferred Lawson programming and application knowledge to other team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Actively participated in multiple Lawson application and system upgrades developed test scenarios that ensured a successful live upgrade worked closely with team members and user community to address issues to ensure a seamless “go live.” |
