Designed and developed an interface which manipulated various types of input records with complex editing and created Vendors, invoices with distribution records in the intermediary Lawson tables. The interface required many types of reporting for user’s review. Daily job was created to run the file into AP and GL systems.
Current system was originally developed with Oracle and UNIX scripting, so any enhancement or modification required Oracle scripting knowledge. Without prior experience in Oracle scripting, I was able to develop some interfaces with complicated SQL queries. The interface created an XML output file to be fTPed.

As a technical lead, was responsible for overall technical planning, installation of servers and analysis of number of interfaces required for GL, AP, PO, MA systems. The plan was presented to the upper management for approval. Managed the installation of the systems, and servers in timely manners.. Created online custom screen for Inventory Control using Case Tool and SQL.

Conducted some meetings with HR personnel and gathered the requirements for Active and terminated employees to be communicated to an external system called Curion. Created the specifications, documented the requirements and the design of the interface’s logic. Developed the interfaces -, unit and system tested them successfully.
Client wanted to automate the process of setting up Lawson security profiles for new hires, so I created a process flow to automatically set up new Lawson security profiles for new hires entered on a daily basis. The also created some files and sent them to the users for verification at the end of process.

Assisted other developers in their development by offering more efficient approaches to their development. Assisted upper management in their decisions in choosing other software for reporting.
