• Partnered with Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits personnel to gather requirements and create documentation. Also created custom reports, modifications and file extracts to share with various vendors.
• Worked with remote Payroll personnel to gather requirements and create documentation. Then designed, developed, documented, and tested a custom payroll system using Infor Lawson to pay delivery drivers. This new system replaced a legacy system that was on only one pc and no longer supported by the vendor.
• Worked with Payroll personnel to gather requirements, create documentation, and develop Lawson code to convert payroll checks to paperless - saving $100,000 per year in printing and mailing costs.

Provided business analysis and technical support to the Lawson Software ERP system for five business divisions of Lifetouch, Inc.
• Worked with all areas of the company including Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Finance and Warehouse to gather requirements, document, design and create numerous custom interfaces, summary and reporting programs.
• Researched Lawson issues, and worked with the Lawson Global Support Center to identify and resolve these issues.
• Improved how photographers were paid by designing, documenting and creating a system to interface payroll from 200 sales territories throughout the country into the Lawson payroll system. This involved working with payroll personnel to gather requirements, designing, developing, documenting, and testing. This converted a manual process to an automated one.
• Supported the MHC Document Express product that was used for in-house laser printing of payroll and accounts payable checks and W2’s. |
